Shou Sugi Ban X $1800

So a while ago I wanted to try my hand at YouTube's version of a "shou sugi ban" finish. I had started a pine Explorer body a little earlier and thought "why try it on a scrap piece of wood when I could potentially ruin a cool guitar body?" Lol. So I did. After sanding back the burn, I shot the body with a tinted lacquer and thought it turned out pretty damn cool! I will be doing more of this in the future.

This guitar is a shredder! Low action, Seymour Duncan Hot Rod set, and locking tuners. It is so much fun to play! I finished it a few months ago but couldn't list it because I have been having so much fun playing it, but it's finally time :(
